Our trainer for the evening Brando Buchholz will get us moving and help us become a pro in preparing healthy smoothies. Come join us and be healthier than ever before!

    Let’s get moving

    • Explain and demonstrate some exercises that can be done in your home without gym equipment.
    • Lead us through a workout and help us have some fun along the way.

    Smoothies

    • Share tips to making your smoothies tasty and healthful at the same time.
    • Help us avoid turning your presumably healthful smoothy into a calorie bomb and other common pitfalls.

    Brando will share many more exciting recepies like the following:

    Blueberry Avocado Smoothy:

    • 25 grams frozen ripe avocado
    • ½ cup blueberries (un-sweetened frozen)
    • 1 scoop protein powder (plain or vanilla)
    • 1 cup almond (or other nut based) milk
    • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
    • 1 drop of flavoring (vanilla or rum)
    • Blend until smooth
    • Add water or ice as needed to reach your desired consistency

    Superfood Smoothy:

    • 1 large handful fresh spinach
    • 1 cup blueberries un-sweetened frozen
    • 1 cup almond (or other nut based) milk
    • ½ cup Greek yogurt (full fat is fine)
    • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    • Blend until smooth
    • Add water or ice as needed to reach your desired consistency

Brandon is a US Army Veteran, former professional combat athlete, and family oriented professional.
